We are registered brand “RuSV” owners, a startup ecommerce company based out of Hyderabad, well known as the city of pearls. At RuSV® Naturals, we are committed to providing our customers with the purest and highest quality natural products that need to help people be healthy and happy. We specialized in offering natural essential oils, cold pressed carrier oils, and health care products. Our products are free from any harmful chemicals and are made with care.
The Website is owned, registered and operated by “RuS-V eCom Mart” (“RuSV Naturals”, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”), a proprietorship company, incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at “Flat No.101, IRIS-B2, Empire Meadows, Ameenpur, Hyderabad, Telangana – 502032, India.”
The Shipping Policy
We currently deliver products only in the territory of India
Once your order is placed on the Website and the same is accepted, we will issue an email confirming your order.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt of order, and delivered in maximum 7-10 business days.
We offer free shipping all over India on purchases above Rs. 499/-. And charge a flat shipping fee which is visible at the checkout page when you place an order on purchases below Rs. 499/-.
We ship on all days (Monday to Saturday) except Sundays and public holidays. To ensure efficient delivery of the products, we use only reputed courier agencies. And all orders will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price in accordance with the Indian tax regulations.
Your experience is our reward! We attempt to deliver the best and hope to create a satisfactory and unique experience for you all. All the items undergo quality check and are delivered to you with utmost care. We do understand that, in spite of the best care taken and sometimes for reasons beyond our control, on rare occasions, a product may reach you in a damaged condition.
In such cases, we will be happy to provide you with a refund or we can also send you a replacement product for the order. (No refund/returns will be entertained if the product is opened.)
In case of a replacement of product, the product received has to be unopened, repacked in the same packaging and same fashion for the return pickup.
Please contact us at wecare@rusvnaturals.com within 48 hours, we may request you to provide us with a photograph of the damaged product or spoiled product so that we can verify and replace the product.
If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery of the product and contact us immediately at wecare@rusvnaturals.com mentioning your order reference number and a relevant picture or video of the same. We shall ensure a replacement delivery would be made to you at the earliest.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Order Tracking
We provide tracking for every order. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, we share a message with you containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show up.
What if delivery address is invalid
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. The Returns and Refund Policy
Please note that we accept returns only when the order is delivered to you in damaged condition or possess any manufacturing defect as per the specifications mentioned in our product pages
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (if applicable).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1. The clear photograph of the delivered order where the defect/damage is visible.
2, Your order Number and registered mobile number.
Once we receive the details, our team will analyze the details and will process the return and replaced/refunded.
The customer support team might connect with you over the call or email for any questions if required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days once we confirm refund, first check your bank account again / contact your credit card company.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our registered address – Flat No 101. IRIS-B2, Empire Meadows, Ameenpur, Hyderabad, Telangana – 502032
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
The Cancellation Policy
Request to cancel the order will be accepted only if the product has not been shipped by us on the date/time of the request. If accepted, you will be entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
If we receive a cancellation request after the product/s has been shipped by us, cancellation request will not be accepted.
We reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons like no availability of stock, pricing errors, factual errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided etc.
The Coupon Policy
You can redeem your coupons at the time of placing your order and the coupon amount shall be deducted from the total payment amount. You can proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.
Only one coupon code can be used on a single order. Coupon offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme.
We reserve the right to cancel/ change / modify / add/ delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to deny honoring the offer on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer without providing any explanation thereof.
The coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
The coupons shall expire within a period of two months to twelve months. There are no refunds or extensions of expired coupons.
If you choose to cancel an order after applying a coupon code, it would not be usable for a later purchase.
In case of suspected activity, we reserve the right to cancel orders.
Coupon discount provided may affect the actual output tax payable reflected above for the order.
